Our Class Offerings

Core Skills
Adult and Children Sessions Available
Core Skills Pathway includes Karate, Judo and Boxing. Class is held two times per week. Students build a strong martial arts foundation. Fitness and conditioning along with personal protection result in added self confidence.
There is no combative sparring or grappling in our Core Skills Program. Students can belt up to Green Belt in Core Skill course. To belt higher, student must join Tactical Combat course where sparring and hands on grappling are practiced.

Tactical Combative
Adult and Children Sessions Available
Pathway includes Karate, Judo, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Krav Maga, Filipino Dirty Boxing, Kumite Sparring and Grappling. Fitness and conditioning, exercise and stretching.
Countering and striking in all disciplines advanced joint locks and access to weapons training. Class is held twice a week and students can attend Friday Fight night. This is for students that want to apply their martial arts skill in training environment and pursue their black belt.

Junior Black Belt Journey
Youth – 7-13
Includes parents’ choice of 18 month or 36 month journey that teaches Karate, Judo, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Krav Maga, Kumite Sparring and Grappling. Fitness and conditioning, exercise and stretching.
This includes a modified tactical combative program for children that lays out a timeline and system for accomplishing the Junior Black Belt Journey. 18 month option is for students who have trained somewhere before and possess prior rank or for students who are 12 -14 who will be moving to adult teen Tactical Combative course in a year or 18 months.
Junior Black Belt Journey is a life skill based curriculum so students are also developing their self confidence, self discipline, balance, focus, respect toward self and others as well as team work. Particular attention is given to leadership, goal setting and decision making. Each student enrolled in Junior Black Belt Journey will understand and practice persistence while demonstrating patience and honesty.

Saturday Foundations Training
Adult Session – 10 am | Children’s Session – 12 Noon
90 minutes every Saturday. Includes Karate, Judo and Boxing basics. Students build a strong martial arts foundation. Fitness and conditioning along with personal protection result in added self confidence .
